My first try~

I used have my own blogger in Chinese and I would like to wirte down some detail about what is going on in my life. However,since I came to Austraila, I always feel terrible about my writting english and somehow it advanced very slowly.Even I havn't been in university,but I alrealy feel hard about my study, so I decide to write something in english about what I am studying today and which part I don't understand everyday in this new blogger.

Tomorrow I will have a Management Lecture from 10:30 to 12:30.I read some notes tonight, and I found something which are very interesthing.Globalisation in Management,we say its "the increase of trade around the world,especially by large companies producing and trading goods in many different counties" which is one of the reason why Management roles are changing fast in last ten years.At the same time,Globalisation is also the reason about Marketing Changing in 21 century.Because of the globalisation, the whole world is different. Almost every large company has to face the competition that they have never been to.The product must be better and better and the way we choose to manage the business has to be advanced.

I use KFC as a very successful example. KFC as a fastfood company, it conside every different areas customers in every different countries' stores,and it works very well. Each area's KFC taste is familiar to the popular one in this country,and then customers can accept this taste much easily.So in this case, KFC is not only change their products but also change the mangement.

Its just one example.I am sure I can find more and more.

Tomorrow's lecture will talk about " defining the manager's terrain".
